I worked in this company as a junior analyst in the chat department. I got referral from my friend working in this company. He recommended me this job because I was in search of job. I decided to work in starting they offered small amount of money but there is a facility of free cab for one year so pick and drop was no issue. The company is well established furnished and the average kind of cafeteria. I started working in shift. First month was the training period and enjoyed alot but there is no much to learn as it was just a customer support and only you have some decent queries to answer. It was 9.50 hour job.
After completing the training period we got to do our real job and went on operations than suddenly our shifts got changed earlier I came at 8:30 PM now they shifted me to 11:00 PM that was shocking surprise for me. I somehow adjusted that and concentrated on my job I was doing good in job.After completing my second month I came to know that my shift again got changed to 2:30 AM that was horrible experience I couldn’t believe. I have somehow adjusted myself to the previous shift now this came to me like a nightmare. I accepted that also but I couldn’t get sleep because I was not able to adjust myself in three different ways in three month. I completed my three month and resigned from my job.
Though, company is well establish I learned all the skills required in that job. But shifting time every month kills. The working environment is absolutely amazing, people were very entertaining . There is one more problem with the cafeteria. If you work at night you feel hungry and there is nothing to eat at night except some bread, tea, omelet etc. This was also a big issue. Night shift job is very much difficult in these circumstances. The job pressure was also there. I would say if you can adjust yourself to this routine than its well and good otherwise look for other alternative.
